Wow it has been a long time since I updated our blog. I am starting by adding a recipe for a pie I make every Thanksgiving. It is my Grandmother's recipe.....
Preheat Oven to 325 degrees
2 Cups Flour
2 Sticks Butter (1 Cup)
1 Cup Crushed Nuts (I use almonds)
Combine above ingredients then press into 9x13 baking pan
Bake for 30 min. **Cool Completely!!!
1 Package (8oz) Cream Cheese
1 Cup Confectioners Sugar (Powdered Sugar)
1 Tub (12oz) Whipped Topping (Divide this as you will use half for top of pie)
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth
Stir in 1 1/2 Cups Whipped Topping (Reserve remaining for top)
Pour over cooled crust.
1Pkg (6 1/8oz) Instant Chocolate Pudding
1 Pkg (5 1/2oz) Instant Butterscotch Pudding
5 1/2 Cups milk (I follow the directions on the pudding)
Let cool in fridge until slightly set.
Pour pudding mixture over cram cheese mix on crust.
Top with whipped topping and nuts.
